He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and then made his way up north to attend law school at Widener University School of Law in Delaware. Attorney Leonard is Board Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney, a designation achieved by less than two percent of all New Jersey attorneys.
