I was sentenced 30 days in jail from june 6 2016 till july 5 2016.
The jail does not release inmates at midnight they wait till the next day. Because they released me on july 6 2016 it was reported to ssi i was in jail for more then 30 days. I cant make the jail release me at midnight. Which they want to say they over paid me for 2 checks i recieved. Clearly more then 30 days means 31 days. Also a full calendar month is june 1 to june 30. How do i clear this up so i dont so i dont have overpayment
Hope to get a reply, vicki
