My son has a high profile case. The judge has appointed a special prosecutor to try the case. My son had a paid attorney however they withdrew from the case. So the court appointed him an out of town attorney to represent him. We are wondering if the judge appointed a special prosecutor to try the case , in our eyes to convict my son, why would the court appoint him a lawyer that would give him the honest representation he needs ? It seems the court would be shooting themselves in the foot.
