When hiring a new employee, it may be difficult to find the right employee. The following is a list of questions you may want to ask during the interview.

  • What is your current job like?
  • What challenges did you face and how did you solve them?
  • What was it like working for your supervisor? What were his or her shortcomings?
  • Why are you leaving your job?

You may also want to throw in a wildcard question to measure the candidate’s ability to answer quick and rationally.
