Dangerous Employees

There are several warning signs of a dangerous employee. According to research on workplace violence, there are several indicators that should not be ignored. Some warning signs include:

  • Being a loner
  • Talking about weapons

When you notice these warning signs in an employee, don’t ignore these patterns of risky behavior. Sit the employee down and address their problematic behaviors. It is also important to listen to the employee as they may just want to be heard.
