Traffic Violation:

Oregon Traffic Regulations

The Oregon Vehicle Code includes all topics regarding the laws and regulations of the road. Specifically, chapter 153 outlines Oregon Traffic Law, covering areas including fines and penalties, traffic violations and parking procedures.

Also included in the code are the Oregon DUI laws. Governed by implied consent, Oregon requires those driving a vehicle to be tested if a police officer believes he or she has been drinking. Motorists with a blood alcohol level of .08% or higher will fail and have their license confiscated. If you refuse to take a breathalyzer, your license will be suspended for a year.
