Mr. Blecher earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Florida College of Law in 1981.
Mr. Blecher served as an Assistant State Attorney in Dade County representing the State of Florida in Felony prosecutions from 1981-84, and as Senior Trial Attorney at Essen & Essen, P.A. from 1986-1992. In 1992 he formed his own firm, Jonathan B. Blecher, P.A. Mr. Blecher was ranked a "TOP TEN DUI LAWYER" by the Miami Herald. He served as a member of the Florida Bar Traffic Court and DUI Rules Committee for several years.
Mr. Blecher has defended over 3,000 Driving Under the Influence and vehicular crimes cases since 1982, and thousands of criminal cases.
