Jimmy grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and having gone away to college for undergraduate and law school, he came back to Cincinnati to build his law practice. Jimmy is a graduate of The Ohio State University and an avid Buckeye football fan. For law school, he attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
While attending law school, Jimmy worked as an Assistant Attorney for the City of East Lansing, Michigan. Also while in law school, he was elected to a two year term on the school's Law Review.
Jimmy previously worked as an assistant Prosecutor for Joseph Deters in the Hamilton County Prosecutors Office.
Jimmy is married with 3 children. He is very active in his community where he devotes a majority of his personal time to coaching youth sports including baseball, football and basketball. He is a board member of the Sycamore Athletic Club, Youth Basketball Organization.
