Allstate would not budge from their offer of $1,500.00 to settle our client's soft tissue injuries resulting from a rear-ender. With 9K in medical bills, mostly physical therapy a very attentive and dutiful Harris County jury in early 2011 awarded our client $9,000.00 in meds, $500.00 pain and suffering, $7,500.00 in punitive damages. Added with court costs and interest the total verdict was $23,544.68. Call lead counsel Frank to discuss any other details of the case.
