It seems like we are losing confidential business information through someone. But I don’t know who is the suspect. Recently I came to know about counter surveillance systems from a blog ( http://investigationhotline.org/business-bugged/ ). I need to know what kind of legal protection or services I can get if I found the fraudster. What will be the better way to find him? Consulting some private investigation services or seeking the help of cops.

You should take this the legal way and file for an internal investigation. You can track who's licking information.
