My company sold goods to one of our customers last year.  They went into chapter 11 before paying in full for said goods.  They have just notified the suppliers that they have sold the company to another group.  Do we have claim to these goods?, as far as we know the goods are still owned by us until they are paid for in full.  Do we still have a claim, and how do we go about getting said goods back?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to file as a creditor in the bankruptcy proceedings to have a chance of getting back some or all of amount owed for the goods.
