i just got a violation of my restricted license in michigan. i can drive from 6am until 8pm, can drive beyond those hrs. for work. my driving record is not that great. i was picking up a friend at a nearby bar to bring to my place because he said he had been drinking. i made a right hand turn at a red light, i didnt notice the sign, but thats the reason for getting pulled over. at the time i thought i was doing a good thing. i recently got my license back a year ago and had an interlock devise on my truck for a year, its now off and im waiting for michigan license appeals court date to get my full driving privileges back. my license was suspended three years ago for a year for having two alcohol offenses in five years. after the year the sec. of state appeals denied me and i had to wait another year. my question is, i got home from work an hour before this happened, should i have said that? and is this a payable ticket or do i have to appear, any advise appreciated thanks
