I am pretty sure that my neighbor's horrendous maid is an illegal immigrant. Is there someone I should tell about this?

I don't want to accuse you of anything, but you sound quite racist in your post... Do you simply not like the woman or do you have a reason to suspect that she is illegal, other than her, I am assuming, hispanic origin? Even if she can't speak Engligh, is that a reason to report her? I don't think it is...
I think you should have a pretty good reason if you are going to report her to the authorities.
I would say that you should not report her. If you have a STRONG hunch, you might consider speaking with your neighbor, in order to find out if she is or is not an illegal immigrant. Otherwise, it would probably be wise to put any prejudices behind you and move on with your life and let her move on with hers.

FarveFan, you accuse muffy of being racist, but you yourself are perpetuating stereotypes by assumingassuming that the woman is Hispanic just because of her occupation as a domestic worker.
Be that as it may, I agree that you should just mind your own business about this situation. This woman isn't doing anything to you, so why should you go around trying to get her in trouble? She may be working hard to support her family. Maybe she was unable to get a good education or find another job and that's why she works for your neighbor. You describe her as horrendous but unless you have a serious complaint about something she's done, just leave her alone.

Also our religion teaches us that those who ever thinks and does bad for others for no reason one day for sure will have to pay the double and triple than their deeds against others.
