Our son was born in Texas in 2003 and grown up in Hong Kong.  Now we want to let him study the elementary and high school in the US.

Both of us (mom & dad) are not the citizens of US, I wonder if we could stay with our son until he finished the high school; or should we leave him with a legal guardian in the US??   Please advise.   Many thanks.
