I was arrested in 2003 for dwls (hto). I began having medical problems as a niemk. So judge gave me probation with a suspended sentence ( 4-6 months) upon being put on probation my probation office stated the system showed I had an open vop so i was arrested 3 days after this in 2003. I went and served 2 1/2 months on a old charge vop that never cleared the system. now i am fighting disablity cause of a warrent for vop dwls(hto) I paid off all tickets and have driver license now! and am disable have had over 15 different bloodtransfusions since 2003. haven't been in any trouble. Can i get this dropped? and how?
