I had a trailer that was in a fire that needed repairs. I took this to a business that said they could fix it. I paid them 2400.00 down so they could order the parts. I gave them all of the insurnace information too. They never ordered the parts and I had to have the trailer taken to another business. I am having trouble getting my 2400.00 back from the original business. Is there anything I can do such as a lien to assure me of my money?
