 I was pulled over in Ft. Myers, FL for my tints being to dark and was told
my license was suspended for lapsing insurance. I have updated my
insurance and reinstated my license I just want to know what I can do to
avoid the jail time on my case. I have court tomorrow morning!

 Driving with a suspended license can result in serious criminal consequences in addition to hefty fines and court costs. It might be worth talking to a lawyer about this. A lawyer might be able to negotiate for a lesser penalty, etc. Make sure you bring proof of your updated insurance and reinstated license to court too. Good luck.
