my husband and i are building a house with winchester homes in virginia. we found the lot we wanted but there was a huge utility box on the property we were concerned about. We were assured by winchester homes it was going to be relocated so we signed all the neccessary paperwork and paid the down payment we were informed just before they started building that they, winchester homes, has just learnt from novec that the boz was going to stay. i will like to know if we have a case here to go after both winchester homes and novec.
