 In SC, do both homeowners need to agree to evict? Situation is, one homeowner wants to evict, the other does not. Can the homeowner who does want to evict get his way legally?

Basically, both homeowners live in the home, one [homeowner #2] wants to have a family member removed. Homeowner #1 does not. Homeowner #2 is a bigot, homeowner #1 and the other family member does not agree with homeowner #2. So, homeowner #2 is being vindictive and attempting eviction.
