Dan is Nebraska’s first and currently only Certified Estate Planning Law Specialist. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and Dan has been voted by his peers as a Super Lawyer and is Peer Rated: AV- Preeminent Peer Rated (Martindale-Hubbell). He has been an Adjunct Professor in Creighton University College of Law where he taught Estate Planning.

Margaret has a “Preeminent 5.0 out of 5” rating by Martindale Hubbell and has been named to “Best Lawyers” in Elder Law by her peers since 2013. According to “Justice,” the Nebraska Supreme Court’s on-line case management system, Margaret has represented Personal Representatives, Co-Personal Representatives, or Trustees in over 400 different cases involving decedent’s estates.
