Victor M. Arellano is a partner at the law firm of Arellano & Phebus, S.C. Clients refer to him as "The Storm" because he speaks his mind and fearlessly fights for the rights of people who have been wronged. He earned a reputation of being a top lawyer in the areas of employment litigation and immigration because of his handling of high profile cases and bringing them to winning jury verdicts or settlements. His accomplishments include successfully representing migrant workers, professionals and blue-collar workers for wrongful termination, sexual harassment, personal injury and civil rights claims.

He serves on the Nuestro Mundo School Executive Board and the Board of Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is a Dane County Court Commissioner. He has also served as an appointee of the mayor as a board member for the Madison Development Corporation.
