VERDICT GUILTY OF BREAK-IN

A jury decided Thursday that Joshua Burkhart was guilty of being an accessory in a Jan. 3 burglary and robbery, but that he had no part in the attack of a senior citizen at the home. Burkhart's head sank into his chest with the reading of the first guilty verdict. He made no statement. On the conviction, Burkhart is left facing up to 20 years in prison.
