Timothy Cuddigan

Biographical Information

Tim's over 16 years' experience in disability law is important. He not only represents his clients in applying for benefits or appealing a denial, he helps other attorneys learn disability law by teaching classes and seminars.

Tim serves on the Board of Directors of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR), a national organization for disability attorneys and advocates. He frequently teaches a seminar at its national conference.

He is currently president of National Alliance on Mental Illness - Nebraska. NAMI is a grassroots organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families living with mental illness.

Tim is a member of the American Association for Justice and Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, having served on its Board of Directors for eight years.

Tim has held the position of Planning Chair in 1998, 2000, and 2003 for the Social Security Disability Seminar for Nebraska Continuing Education.

He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates.

Tim attended Creighton University in Omaha, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in history and a law degree from the Creighton University School of Law, also in Omaha. He served as the community representative on the Institutional Review Board of Creighton University from 1997 to 2006.

He is admitted to practice in Nebraska, the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit, the U.S. District Court District of Nebraska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Tim Cuddigan is happy to have his son, Sean Cuddigan, join him in the practice of Social Security Disability law.
