Biographical Information

Thomas R. Peppler is a trial lawyer with more than 30 years experience. Although he has special interest and experience in family law, his practice is diverse, ranging from divorce law, to real estate litigation, to contract litigation, to enforcing insurance contracts and litigating all forms of business disputes. His practice has included the representation of lending institutions, government bodies, large corporations, and a variety of individuals and small businesses. He routinely appears in all Florida courts.

Mr. Peppler was born in Portsmouth, Virginia. His family moved to Florida in 1959. He received his undergraduate degree from Belmont Abbey College in North Carolina, and graduated With Honors from Florida State University College of Law. Mr. Peppler has been married for 39 years and has two children.

Military Service:
Between college and law school, Mr. Peppler was an aviator and commisioned officer in the United States Army. Before entering private law practice, he also served for three years as an Army Judge Advocate in Washington, D.C.
