Verdict - U. S. Supreme Court

In 2009, I successfully opposed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari before the United States Supreme Court in the Death Penalty case of State v. Harte, 124 Nev. Adv. Rep. 82, 194 P.3d 1263 (2008), cert denied, 129 S. Ct. 2431 (2009). As a result, my client's death sentence was reversed.
