Thomas C. Bixby

Biographical Information

Thomas C. Bixby attended St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH and graduated in 1993 with a B.A. in English. From there attended Thomas Cooley School of Law in Lansing, MI and graduated in 1998. Clerked for Thorton, Early & Naumes in Boston, MA handling class action product liability cases as well as discrimination cases. Worked for Ianella & Mummolo in Boston, MA handling personal injury cases including automobile, slip and fall, medical malpractice and workers' compensation cases. In June of 2000 moved to Brattleboro, VT and was an Associate with McCarty Law Offices then became a partner with McCarty, Buehler & Bixby. In June 1998 left the firm to join Pearson, Flory & Parker as an Associate becoming a partner in Pearson, Flory & Bixby in January 2009. Continue to represent those injured in automobile, medical malpractice, wrongful termination, and workers' compensation cases. Also handling collection, and subrogation cases along with Family Law, and Probate cases.
