THE FIXER DEBT SETTLEMENT PAYMENT CREDITED TO WRONG ACCOUNT

Dear Fixer: In August, my daughter accepted a debt settlement agreement with Advanta Corp. She has multiple sclerosis, so I am helping her with this. We sent the first payment to the address given on the settlement letter — which turned out to be incorrect! I called two or three times and was assured that the agreement was intact.
