SUPREME COURT SACKS MUNTINLUPA JUDGE

October 28, 2010

THE Supreme Court has fired a Muntinlupa City Regional Trial Court judge for abuse of authority and gross ignorance of the law. The high court also slapped a P91,000 fine on Muntinlupa Judge Alberto Lerma, forfeited all his benefits, and barred him perpetually from government service.
