SUPREME COURT OUTLAWS BAN ON IMMIGRANTS UNDER 21 COMING TO UK TO BE WITH THEIR PARTNERS

Diego Aguilar, from Chile, was told he couldn't have a visa to stay with his British wife Amber (both pictured) because of his age. The court ruled the ban was 'arbitrary and disruptive'.
