WASHINGTON - Bush administration lawyers are heading to court to begin defending an estimated 200 lawsuits by Guantanamo Bay detainees. Tuesday's hearing is the first hearing since the Supreme Court ruled last month that detainees can challenge their imprisonment in civilian courts.
