State Supreme Court issues ruling Monday The Georgia Supreme Court on Monday upheld a local Superior Court order denying prosecutors key evidence in a drug possession case. As a result, prosecutors cannot use evidence of cocaine or a firearm taken from Ashuante Miller, 32, when he goes to trial.
