STATE SUSPENDS SETTLEMENT WITH FORMER AIRPORTS MANAGER

The state of Oregon stopped payment Friday on the $650,000 out-of-court settlement deal recently struck with a former state airports manager who claimed that he was wrongly fired by former aviation director Dan Clem.
