SIMI LAWYER RUSSELL TAKASUGI AGREES TO DISBARMENT

Discipline-plagued lawyer Russell Takasugi has agreed to be disbarred. The Simi Valley attorney was facing charges with the State Bar of California for practicing law while his license was suspended. However, the bar won't comment on the disciplinary proceeding that led to the stipulation.
