Biographical Information

I have been a family law attorney since 1996. I have dealt with all aspects of family law including, children's issues/parenting plans, financial issues, alimony, child support, relocation, domestic violence and appeals.

I have worked with the Shelter For Abused Women and Children since 2004 to provide legal services to victims of domestic violence. I strongly believe addressing any domestic violence, emotional abuse, verbal abuse, financial and/or immigration abuse is vital to the court determining appropriate parenting plan for the minor children.

I also enjoy guardianship law. I was the attorney for The Dignity Group which assisted families with developmentally disabled children/adults in securing the most appropriate guardianship. I also have experience with guardianship of minors and incapacitated adults.
