The price of dropping City Secretary Gustavo Guevara from a 2006 sexual harassment lawsuit against him and the City of Laredo was $7,000.According to the settlement agreement, which was submitted as part of a city motion seeking to dismiss the case altogether, Guevara was required to pay $7,000 to Hilda Negrete, a city airport employee who once worked in Guevara's office, and her attorney.
