Qiao Xing Universal Telephone, Inc. today announces that at the July 11, 2008 final fairness hearing, U.S. District Judge Denise L. Cote gave her final approval of the settlement of the class action against Qiao Xing Universal Telephone, Inc. and its directors and officers.
