SETTLEMENT COULD END RED LIGHT CAMS FIGHT

A settlement could finally put an end to the fight over red light cameras in Houston. In the agreement, the city would pay American Traffic Solutions, the company that installed the cameras, nearly $4.8 million to cancel the contract between the two sides.
