SETTLEMENT ALLOWS ILLINOIS DISABLED TO MOVE OUT OF INSTITUTIONS

A federal judge in Chicago said Wednesday that he will approve a legal settlement allowing thousands of developmentally disabled Illinoisans to move out of institutions, and into smaller, commmunity-based homes.
