SC SUPREME COURT HEARS ARGUMENTS ON FEDERAL STIMULUS LAWSUITS

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - The South Carolina Supreme Court has heard arguments in two lawsuits seeking to force Gov. Mark Sanford to accept $700 million in federal stimulus cash. Chief Justice Jean Toal says the court expects to make a decision in the next two days.
