Dentist attempted to extract a back molar on a patient who, unbeknownst to her, had a bilateral mandibular fracture at the time. Plaintiff alleged that, as a result of the attempted extraction, the dentist permanently injured his Mental Nerve (Inferior Alveolar Nerve). Plaintiff sought more than $750,000 in damages.
