The firm and its predecessors have been actively engaged in the practice of law in Cleveland, Ohio, since 1960. It is a boutique with a practice concentrated in bankruptcy, debtor-creditor and commercial law. The primary client base consists of multiple major corporate clients for whom legal matters are handled both locally and throughout the United States. During the year 1992 members of the firm were lead counsel for the respondent in two cases before the U. S. Supreme Court.
