Robert A Smith

Biographical Information

Mr. Smith was appointed a certified civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey in 1987 and re-certified in 1994, 2001, and 2006. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Smith is also a member of the Civil Practice Committee of the New Jersey Bar Association. Also admitted to Colorado bar in 1975, U.S. District Court, District of Colorado, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.

Mr. Smith devotes his time exclusively to trial work involving personal injury litigation, professional malpractice claims, products liability suits, Workers' Compensation claims, complex commercial disputes, and criminal defense, in both State and Federal Courts.
