Duties included the rendering of employment-related legal advice to top level management (i.e, "practice of preventive law"), supervision and representation in the defense of state and federal litigation at trial and appellate levels (including class action and strike-related proceedings), various complex administrative proceedings, collective bargaining negotiations, and other employment-related legal matters.

specializing in Employee Relations, and representing employer, corporate, management, executive and professional clientele in a wide variety of complex administrative and litigation proceedings including insurance defense, public and private sector tort and employment law, academic appeals, civil rights litigation, real property, and business-related proceedings, among other specialized areas of legal practice.
