I have been practicing in Utah County, Utah since 1982, hen I graduated from law school. I live in American Fork, Utah. Currently, my practice consists of estate, asset protection and business planning, elder and medicaid law, and some probate. I also do 2 or 3 social security disablity cases each year, usually for existing clients. I was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho, and left to go to school at BYU in Provo, Utah. I graduated in 1979 with a B.A. in history, and graduated from law school at BYU in 1982.
