Biographical Information

Rachel Schreck is an associate at Mooney & Associates. Attorney Schreck, a native of Spring Grove, joined Mooney & Associates after serving as a law clerk for the firm during the summer of 2009. Attorney Schreck graduated from Shippensburg University with honors in 2006 with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in International Studies and Spanish. Attorney Schreck is a 2010 graduate of The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. As a law student, she had the privilege of serving as a certified legal intern at the Children's Advocacy Clinic where she represented dependent children as either their attorney or their Guardian Ad Litem. In addition to working at the Children's Advocacy Clinic, Attorney Schreck served as a law clerk for Judge Hoover of the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas.
