Biographical Information

I am a native of Augusta, Georgia and have been practicing law in Atlanta since 2003. I received my undergraduate degree from University of Georgia in 1997 and from Georgia State University College of Law, with honors, in 2003. Prior to founding Sammons & Carpenter, P.C., I practiced at one of the most respected law firms in Atlanta, Georgia where my practice was focused on defending some of the largest insurance companies, commercial trucking companies, and product manufacturing companies in the world. However, I decided to leave this position after only a few years in order to found Sammons & Carpenter, P.C., as I realized that working with individuals and their families was much more fulfilling.

I am a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Atlanta Bar Association and the North Fulton Bar Association. I now focuses my practice on trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and other catastrophic injury cases.
