GREENSBORO - A bankruptcy judge will soon consider a settlement agreement between Greensboro and the now-defunct nonprofit Project Homestead. Once the third-largest home builder in Guilford County, Project Homestead filed for bankruptcy in 2004 amid claims of misused funds and other allegations.
