Priya Prakash Royal, Esq. LLM, is the founder and managing attorney of the Royal Law Firm, PLLC. She has represented individuals and businesses of all sizes, from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Royal brings knowledge and experience from both the public and private sectors to her practice.

Ms. Royal started her career in commercial litigation. Prior to starting her firm, she worked as a tax and trusts & estates attorney at a large law firm in New Jersey. Ms. Royal has counseled clients on various business law and related matters, including employment law, contract law and complex commercial litigation.

Ms. Royal received her Juris Doctorate and Masters in Law in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

Ms. Royal is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. She is conversant in Hindi, Tamil, Spanish and French.
