PREGNANT ATTORNEY RECANTS KIDNAP STORY

An attorney and former city councilwoman was getting treatment after admitting she fabricated her tale of being kidnapped at gunpoint last week, her husband said Tuesday. Police said she probably will be charged with filing a false report.
