POLICE-SHOOTING VERDICT APPEALED

The federal wrongful death lawsuit against a Stafford County deputy that ended with a confusing outcome in August is being challenged. Attorneys for David Gandy's widow, Terry, have filed a motion to reinstate the $267,000 jury award, which was tossed by the judge, or order a new trial for a fatal shooting by Deputy Neal Robey three years ago....
